We stayed at a hotel during Christmas and had a decent experience. The room was neat and the air-conditioning worked well. We also appreciated the helpful staff who assisted us in finding nearby tourist attractions and in renting a scooter for 24 hours. The hotel was situated in a key location that allowed us to access many nearby amenities.
There were a few negative aspects that we experienced. First, the sheets in the room had fungus on them and one bathroom had no hot water in the tap.

Located in a peaceful area with easy access to nearby scooter rentals, this guest house offers decently clean rooms and helpful staff. the bathrooms are neat and the AC works well. the owner makes sure to solve any problem efficiently, such as turning off bad-smelling recycled water. Breakfast needs to be improved, but the nearby dining options make up for it. this guest house has good UPS and electricity backup.
One of the rooms had musty sheets with fungus and wrong charges were applied.

We were impressed with the staff's helpfulness in facilitating scooter rental for us, which was reasonably priced. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was decent. The hotel location was convenient and offered easy access to transportation.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was superb, with easy access to shops and commercial services, making our stay incredibly convenient. The room service here was top-notch, always ensuring that our needs were met promptly and efficiently. Additionally, the car hire service provided by the hotel made it extremely convenient for us to explore the city and its surroundings at our own pace. The housekeeping staff was diligent, making sure our room was always kept in pristine condition. We were also impressed by the friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to assist us during our stay.
We highly recommend this place to everyone.
